Who is responsible?

Quotations and contact enquiries

We process your company name, contact person, email address, optional phone number, location and the information you share about your cleaning needs. We use this to respond, prepare a proposal and follow up on the conversation.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, for contact details of a business customer’s employees, our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention obligations may apply to contractual and accounting records.

Job applications

We process your name, email address, optional phone number, message and CV to review your application and contact you about it. Do not include identity documents, medical information or other sensitive data that is not needed for your application.

This information is processed for steps before a possible employment contract. Applications are retained for up to 6 months after the last contact. Keeping an application in a candidate pool for longer requires a separate agreement, which you can withdraw.

Website security and cookies

Necessary technical information helps forms work, limits abuse and secures the website. This may include a temporarily processed network identifier and technical logs. It is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant technical purpose.

Analytics and marketing cookies depend on your preferences. Form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers and CVs are not sent to analytics tools. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences. Please also read the cookie policy.

Recipients and international transfers

Authorised people at AZ Quality Services receive your enquiry. Hosting and email providers process data for technical delivery. Google services provide optional analytics and advertising measurement when you accept them.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details about providers and safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email your request to info@azqs.be; we may ask for information to verify your identity.

You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
